You may be able to create an account on our website to manage orders and subscriptions.

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. However, minor variations in content, packaging, or appearance may occur. Historical artifacts are replicas, and any examples provided (such as notable wartime documents) are for illustrative purposes.

We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error‑free, complete, or up to date.

If we discover a pricing error for an order you have placed, we may:

Our Military History Letter Subscription and related subscription plans may be offered on a monthly or prepaid multi-month basis (for example, 6‑month, 1‑year, or 2‑year plans), as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

5.1 Billing & Auto‑Renewal (if applicable)

Depending on the plan:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., every month) until you cancel.

  • Prepaid subscription terms (e.g., 6‑month, 1‑year, 2‑year) may either:

    • Auto‑renew at the end of the term, or

    • End automatically after the term,
      as stated on the product or checkout page at the time of purchase.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees.

5.2 Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your payment information is up to date.

  • Cancelling your subscription, if you no longer wish to continue, using the tools on our website or by contacting us at info@historybeforenow.com.

Where auto‑renewal applies, you must cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. Any cancellation terms or deadlines will be described on the product page and/or during checkout.

5.3 Changes to Plans & Pricing

We may adjust subscription offerings, pricing, and billing frequency from time to time. Changes will generally apply to new subscriptions or renewals. Where required by law, we will notify you in advance of any price or plan changes that affect your active subscription and provide an opportunity to cancel before renewal.
