We want you to feel confident trying our products, so we offer a 30‑day, no‑questions‑asked, 100% money‑back guarantee, with a limit of one refund per customer as described below.

1. 30‑Day, No‑Questions‑Asked, 100% Money‑Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase (or delivery, where specified below).

How the 30 days is calculated

Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

  • For physical products and subscriptions that include mailed items, the 30‑day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • For digital or non‑shipped products, the 30‑day period begins on the date of purchase.

Within this 30‑day window:

  • We will refund 100% of what you paid us for the qualifying order (product and applicable charges as shown at checkout),

  • We will not require you to give a specific reason for the refund (“no questions asked”), though you’re welcome to share feedback.


2. One Refund Per Customer Policy

To keep our guarantee fair and sustainable, we limit refunds to one refund per customer.

  • Each customer may receive only one refund under this policy across all purchases.

  • After you receive a refund once, future orders are not eligible for the 30‑day money‑back guarantee, except where required by law.

This policy applies to our Military History Letter Subscription and any other subscription products, subject to the following:

  • If you request a refund within 30 days of your first delivery (or purchase, as applicable) for that subscription, we will:

    • Refund 100% of the amount you paid for that initial order, and

    • Cancel the associated subscription going forward.

  • If you are on a renewing or prepaid multi‑month plan and request a refund after 30 days, your purchase generally:

    • Is not refundable, but

    • You may be able to prevent future renewals by cancelling before the next billing date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under this policy:

    • Your order number

    • The email address used at checkout

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation

    • Confirmation of delivery details (for shipped items)

Once your refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary, but your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days (or more, depending on their policies) to post the refund.


6. Returns of Physical Items

In most cases, for 30‑day, no‑questions‑asked refunds:

  • We do not require you to return physical materials you have already received, unless we specifically request a return (for example, in the case of a shipping error or damaged goods).

  • If we do request a return:

    • We will provide return instructions,

    • We will tell you whether we cover return shipping,

    • No restocking fee will be charged unless clearly disclosed.

This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly from History Before Now through our official website or store.

If you purchased one of our products through a third‑party retailer or platform, you must:
